44" Nehru-Style Slim Cut Gilet in Mud-coloured Relaxed Linen

A Tailored Cut Waistcoat in a wonderfully mid-weight pure linen fabric in size 44". The colour is a brownish mushroom-like shade that we call Fossil. It is incredibly smart and easy to wear. The fabric itself is relaxed and slightly slubby, making for a wonderfully informal and yet smart waistcoat.

Lined in Cotton Ticking. Ridged Horn Buttons. Nehru Collar.

Cut & Usage

A superb alternative to a jacket in spring and summer with a neat cut and ample pocket space.

This fitted cut has five button-fronts and side vents for ease when moving and sitting. Fully lined, it has  generous inside facings to avoid unsightly lining slippage.

At the chest a welted outbreast pocket sits at a gentle angle to the armhole. Two generously deep pockets sit squarely at the hip. Inside our waistcoats, an inbreast pocket rests on the right-hand side and a credit card sized pocket at elbow height on the left.
