A Classic Cut waistcoat in a limited edition tweed from Fox Brothers. This is a superbly fine tweed that will surprise you. Worth every penny, it will take you everywhere, smartly.

A navy and tan check sit on a pale camel background, creating an unusual and bold check that will hold its own anywhere.

This outer is available to order in sizes 36" to 54", with any of our collar types.

Cut & Usage

A superbly smart and wonderfully warm alternative to a jacket for autumn winter with a distinctive check pattern, a neat cut and ample pocket space.

This looser cut waistcoat has five button-fronts and side vents for ease when moving and sitting. Fully lined, it has generous inside facings to avoid unsightly lining slippage.

At the chest a welted outbreast pocket sits at a gentle angle to the armhole. Two generously deep pockets sit squarely at the hip. Inside our waistcoats, an inbreast pocket rests on the right-hand side and a credit card sized pocket at elbow height on the left.

Customising your Waistcoat

This waistcoat is offered with a Ticking lining. If you would like to plump for a viscose we would recommend Sand; for silk we would suggest EdNerat's silk in Navy or Hazel. A viscose lining will add £10 and a silk lining will add £30 to your order.

You are of course free to choose alternatives from our full range of linings which you can see in the Linings page. If you are selecting an alternative to the linings we have put forward, please advise us of your choice in the comments at checkout.

Should any additional charges arise from size and length alterations we will advise you of these and wait for your agreement before commencing your order.

The Maker

This outer has been woven carefully in Somerset by the magnificent Fox Brothers, inventors of Flannel. Fox  have been weaving cloth for over 200 years and really know their stuff.
