44" Fitted Nehru-Style Gilet in Plain Russet Lovat Tweed

A Tailored Cut waistcoat in size 44" made up in a wonderfully deep russet-coloured British Wool tweed by Lovat Mill. An incredibly warm and well-made tweed in an unusually deep colouring. An eminently  wearable colour.

This waistcoat has a Mandarin Collar, Brown Corozo buttons and is lined in a Pure Cotton Ticking.

This fitted cut has a neat five button-front, tapered darts at the rear and side vents for ease when moving and sitting. Fully lined, it has generous inside facings to avoid unsightly lining slippage.

At the chest a welted outbreast pocket sits at a gentle angle to the armhole. Two generously deep pockets sit squarely at the hip. Inside our waistcoats, an inbreast pocket rests on the right-hand side and a credit card sized pocket at elbow height on the left.
